'What We Know' - project

In 2016-17 Pia undertook an artist’s residency for ‘The Motion Room’, (Think + Do Tank Foundation), funded by the Australia Council for the Arts. The residency included running a series of printmedia workshops in Western Sydney based on the concept ‘What We Know’. The 10 images in print were exhibited in ‘The Motion Room’ exhibition, September 30 – November 19, 2017 at the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre. The aim of the project undertaken in Western Sydney was to create a visual record of people’s skills and know-how, using the medium of print. The project was conceived of and made possible by Jane Stratton, (Creative Director, Think + DO Tank Foundation).
